Read carefully before joining this program. If approved, you agree that the following activities are not allowed. Violations may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

  1. 1You are not permitted to conduct email promotions through a third-party system. All email contacts must be your own opt-in email list. Buying solo ads, using safe lists, spam, or similar tactics is not allowed.
  2. 2You must not run negative PPC, iframe domain campaigns, or controversial campaigns such as "FeatureShark scam" or similar terms that portray the product or brand negatively.
  3. 3You should avoid using raw affiliate links when possible. Redirect links in email and website campaigns are recommended because they can improve tracking and conversion quality.
  4. 4You cannot earn commission on your own purchase. Any self-purchase commission may be nullified or held back.
  5. 5iFrames, review sites, and cloaked domains are permitted as long as they do not use offensive, misleading, or negative domain URLs.
  6. 6Affiliate payments may be delayed for new affiliate accounts. Please describe how you plan to promote FeatureShark and include links to your website, audience, or relevant profiles when requested.
  7. 7You must represent FeatureShark, its features, and its benefits accurately. Misleading claims, inaccurate information, false testimonials, or FTC guideline violations may result in immediate account revocation.
  8. 8FeatureShark reserves the right to terminate any affiliate found breaking these rules, using grey-hat or black-hat marketing practices, or creating risk for the brand.
  9. 9Affiliates cannot create social media pages using the FeatureShark product name, brand name, logo, or product images without permission.
  10. 10Cash rebates are not permitted because they may increase refund rates and distort buyer intent.
